By using Boringform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
You may use Boringform to collect form submissions for your sites and projects. You are responsible for the content of your forms and for complying with applicable laws (including data protection and anti-spam). You must not use the service for illegal or abusive purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the infrastructure, or use the service to send spam or malicious content. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed via Stripe. You agree to pay the fees applicable to your plan. Subscription fees are charged in advance (monthly or annually). We may change plan prices with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. For refund and reimbursement terms, see our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will notify you where practicable.
