Refund Policy

This policy describes how Boringform handles refunds and reimbursements for paid plans (Starter, Pro). Payments are processed by Stripe.
Eligibility for refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge for a new subscription. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical failures that prevented you from using the service as described. We do not guarantee refunds for change of mind or partial use within a billing period.
How to request a refund
Contact us at hello@boringform.com with your account email and a brief reason for the request. We will respond within a few business days. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe; processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation and proration
You may cancel your paid plan at any time from the dashboard (Billing). After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate refunds for mid-cycle cancellations; you keep access until the period end.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (chargeback) without first contacting us, we may suspend your account and dispute the chargeback with evidence of service provision. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any billing issues.
